How We Got Our Start

La Papapan had started with a dream. After years of travels Noel, our founder set up a diary with ideas about he really cared about. Interconnecting cultures and people using food was always his biggest passion.

NoeI was born in the Loire Region, famous for its sumptuous Castles, cheeses and wines, in a family of agriculture, surrounded by crops of vineyards, fields, forests and being woken up every day by the songs of birds. 

From an early age he spent most time in the family kitchen, ‘Spoon at the ready’ - helping and sampling, unaware that one day he would find love in front of his own oven.

Always on a search for new flavours and combining textures, we never stop improving, and will continue to expand our offerings.
